1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or engaging Sunshine Facility Management Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site or services.

2. Services Sunshine provides professional laundry and housekeeping services to institutions, hospitals, offices, and commercial spaces. The scope, frequency, and terms of each service engagement are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Service Agreements All service contracts must be executed in writing. Verbal commitments do not constitute binding agreements. Sunshine reserves the right to modify service terms with reasonable prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about facility size, linen volume, and service requirements

• Ensure safe access to premises for Sunshine personnel

• Report any service concerns within 48 hours of occurrence

5. Payment Terms Invoices are issued as per the agreed billing cycle. Payments are due within the period specified in the service agreement. Late payments may attract applicable charges.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and images - is the property of Sunshine Facility Management Services and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Sunshine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, etc.).

8. Termination Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as stipulated in the individual contract. Sunshine reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore .
